&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Check device network mode settings&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; network mode SIM1 or SIM2 &amp;gt; network mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/Ask questions).&lt;/P&gt;
