&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please be assured and to resolve "Bluetooth connectivity" issue kindly follow the given below steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Safe mode:-Power off the device &amp;gt; Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device &amp;gt; When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.&lt;BR /&gt;Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data:-Settings &amp;gt;Apps &amp;gt;Menu (Three dots) &amp;gt;Show system apps &amp;gt;search and type "Bluetooth" &amp;gt;Bluetooth &amp;gt;Storage &amp;gt;Clear cache &amp;gt;Clear data &amp;gt;OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;pc suite.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap on Settings&amp;gt;Tap on General Management&amp;gt;Tap on Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question).&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not able to find&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;system apps&amp;nbsp; or anything about reset or clear catch of Bluetooth in your new Update its android 11.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After updating my samsung M31 my BT headphones continue disconnected even sometimes in 4-5 min. And thn it takes a lot of time to connect it again switch on -off and connecting it again and again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
