&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Clear paired list&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Connection and turn on Bluetooth &amp;gt; Setting option along with the paired device &amp;gt; Unpair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Menu (Three dots) &amp;gt; Show system apps &amp;gt; search and type "Bluetooth" &amp;gt; Bluetooth &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear cache &amp;gt; Clear data &amp;gt; OK.&lt;/P&gt;
