      <description>I was bought galaxy m30s on November 2019. And I also get an update of android 10 along with one UI2.0, when I update my phone. So many software issues are raised. Like network connectivity, fingerprint problem, camera quality, battery draining, and so on. But majorly when I put my phone on charging. It takes 5 to 6 hours of time to full my phone even battery level at 90%.I was used only Samsung authorized charger. The charger comes along with the phone box. My area was covid19 restricted area.no transport availability.&amp;nbsp; What can I do</description>

      <description>Drain battery to zero switch off and charge to 100%. Next try to switch off internet when not used for some days. it will tune.</description>

&lt;P&gt;1) Safe mode:-Power off the device &amp;gt; Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device &amp;gt; When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.&lt;BR /&gt;Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3)Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;pc suite.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tap on Settings&amp;gt;Tap on General Management&amp;gt;Tap on Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
