Change your device theme to default one and check once again
or
are you using lockstar from goodlock
then turn it off and try again

on defaults themes I have an same issue so pleased as soon as possible fix the ui issues

I am talking about, are you using lockstar module by goodlock app..if do then turn it off

Also turn off quickstar

if problem still persists, then perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
