&lt;P&gt;1. Check app cache:-&lt;BR /&gt;Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting &amp;gt;Apps &amp;gt;Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' &amp;gt;Storage &amp;gt;Clear Cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/Ask questions).&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Call notification issue</title>

      <description>My phone is suffering from aome strange issue, Whenever some one calls me, my phone stays on AOD don't show me who 's call ia that? Unless I unlock my phone and slide down the notification panel, the same thing comes up whenever I am using my phone,&amp;nbsp; I have checked all settings of Phone app, I have selected all three modes like "full screen, mini popup ,popup" one by one but nothing helped.</description>

      <description>I have already erased the  cache, even app data for once.&lt;BR /&gt;also have started in safe mode, but the issue continues.</description>
