&lt;P&gt;We at Samsung understand your concern. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Space availability (Storage &amp;amp; Internal memory): To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings&amp;gt;Apps&amp;gt;Select particular app (e.g. Samsung Internet)&amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;Clear Cache&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
