M31 charging problem

Charging issue greeting worse...one and half hours for just 16%...how many of you facing this problem

I am also facing Battery Charging issue. It takes 3 Hrs.+ to complete charge from 10 to 100%.
You may pls report directly to Samsung through "Send Feedback".

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to enable the fast charging mode of the device:

Settings> Device care> Battery> Three Dots> Settings> Fast Cable Charging

Note: We recommend to use Samsung fast Charger in order to charge fast charging

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application> send feedback > error report/ask questions).

I am facing the same issue. Although, in the first month the battery used to get fully charged around 2 hours. Now it is so slow that it is taking more than 3 hours o
to charge. I took the help of Samsung via Customer support chat service, but all they suggest is to enable fast charging or factory reset or change the adapter, etc which I have already done. But the same problem persists. This is very frustrating.

samsung m31 has charging issues firat of all there is no option to select fast charging even after charging for whole night it charges only upto 62 percent ,normal charging is of no use for such huge battery samsung should provide update enabling users to select fast charging option manually
