Anybody having problem in a71 slow charging. Please suggest how fast charging.

how much time it takes now to full the power

before : it's took. 1.20 hours to full charge
now : its take 2.30 hours to full charge.
I did full formert phone after its works fine for few hours after that I get problem again.

We understand the inconvenience you have faced. Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to improve the performance of the device:

Close background running apps when not using them.
Avoid usage of mobile phone during charging: avoid the usage of the mobile phone while charging.
Settings> Battery > Please tap on 3dots(more option) at the top right hand side> please select settings> enable fast cable charging.

We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

In case if the issue still persist, register your concern in Samsung Members Application for better assistance (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
