&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Apologies for the delay in response. However, understanding the criticality of the situation; we had to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our employees which led to the delay in response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope your issue is resolved. In case the issue still persists please follow the below mentioned steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; General management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Turn off auto start.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application &amp;gt; click on “+“icon &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt; error report/ask questions).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>try to reset your mobile. Samsung suggests reset after software update to fix bugs. if problem persists then check with hardware issue in service Centre.</description>
