&lt;P&gt;Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reset App Preference: &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;gt; Apps&amp;gt; More&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;option&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; three dots at the top right corner of the screen&amp;gt;&lt;STRONG&gt; Reset App Preferences&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear paired list: &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; Tap on Connection and turn on Bluetooth.&amp;gt; Tap on Setting option along with the paired device&amp;gt;Tap on&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unpair&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt;Error report &amp;gt; Attach log file for any issue)&lt;/P&gt;
