&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. We always recommend to use genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Check physical condition of USB cable, if any tear or bent please replace it with the new genuine one.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Avoid usage of mobile phone during charging as it consumes a lot of battery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If issue still persist or for further assistnace, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt; Ask question/Error report)&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Check for the following reasons: &lt;BR /&gt;1.Charging USB cable may be damaged.Try with other cable &lt;BR /&gt;2.Try to charge your device with official samsung charger &lt;BR /&gt;3. Charging port may be damaged. &lt;BR /&gt;4. Battery may be damaged &lt;BR /&gt;5. Weak power source &lt;BR /&gt;If above reasons are not the issue i think you sholud wait and visit a service centre after this lockdown.Hope it helps you</description>
