I am having M20. I want the phone to automatically switch off at a particular time on the night and switch on automatically again at a particular time in the morning. This feature is available in redmi phones. Is it available in Samsung and if not can this be incorporated

Bro, in Samsung Switching off the phone for a particular time is not available, but we have the option auto restart...
Settings->General Management->Reset->Auto restart
You can select the desired days and time when to restart the phone....

I am thankful for the information. only w is what happens when I set auto restart. does the phone switch off before that

Nope it won't get switched off and only gets restated, if our phone is restarted in a periodical manner it may work fine , since restating will free up the RAM usage and clearing unwanted cache files . That's the advantage of auto restart..
