Charging problem

the issue is my phone is not charging by original charger and when i plug with original charger it get switched off????

bt when i charged by other samsungs charger of C-Type it charges well

so i m bit confuse exact what issue is happening in phone..6 mnths before i purchased...without any damaging...

please help me ..i dint do anything still factory resetting or anything else???

Firstly Check for the following reasons:
1.Charging USB cable may be damaged.Try with other cable
2.Try to charge your device with official samsung charger
3. Charging port may be damaged.
4. Battery may be damaged
5. Weak power source
If above of the reasons are not the issue i think you sholud wait and visit a service centre after this lockdown.Hope it helps you

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged.
Check Connectivity: check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
Check charger functionality: Kindly check the physical condition of your charger for any damage.
