&lt;LI&gt;Check device network in open area.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check device network mode settings: Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; network mode SIM1 or SIM2 &amp;gt; network mode.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check network operator settings: Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Network operators &amp;gt; Select automatically &amp;gt; OK &amp;gt; Registered on network.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.&lt;/P&gt;
