&lt;P&gt;Be assure below steps will solve the issue which you are facing:-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Check space availability:- Path: Settings &amp;gt; Device Care &amp;gt;Storage,&lt;BR /&gt;2. Check app cache:-Settings &amp;gt;Device care&amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;CLEAN NOW.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Close background apps.&lt;BR /&gt;4) Check software Update: Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now.(if available)&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Your phone will restart after the update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After following the above steps if issue still persists, do send the log file via, Samsung member &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send feedback &amp;gt; Error reports &amp;gt; Select Symptom category. So that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).&lt;/P&gt;
