I am getting call waiting but not getting the call waiting alert tone while in the other call. by this i am not able to notify the calls.. Please let me know what needs to done...

Same problem with my A20 ,i am not getting any waiting alert tone while i am on calls.

sss....is there any setting needs to be enabled .. but while using earphones the alert tone is coming @pritam
