&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Restart the device: Press and hold the Power key &amp;gt; Restart &amp;gt; Again Restart&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Remove memory card and check:&lt;BR /&gt;A). Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.&lt;BR /&gt;On the Home screen, tap Apps &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Device maintenance &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; More option &amp;gt; Storage settings &amp;gt; SD card &amp;gt; Unmount.&lt;BR /&gt;B). Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot.&lt;BR /&gt;C). Remove the memory card.&lt;BR /&gt;D). Insert the tray back into the tray slot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears &amp;gt; Press and hold the power off icon.&lt;BR /&gt;Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Reset the device: Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application. Settings&amp;gt;&amp;gt;General Management&amp;gt;&amp;gt;Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt; Ask question/Error report)&lt;/P&gt;
