      <description>After the android 10 update my m30s is become slow and lagging too much plus battery issues happening with my phone its taking more than 3 hours to full charge plz let me know if anyone is facing the same issue</description>

&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delay in response. However, understanding the criticality of the situation; we had to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our employees which led to the delay in response.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope your issue is resolved. In case the issue still persists please follow the below mentioned steps, to resolve "slow and lagging issue".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) Check app cache:-Settings&amp;gt;Device care&amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;Clean now.&lt;BR /&gt;For a particular application:-Settings&amp;gt;Apps&amp;gt;Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' &amp;gt;Storage&amp;gt;Clear Cache.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) Check device in Safe Mode:-Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears&amp;gt;Press and hold the power off icon.&lt;BR /&gt;To exit safe mode: Restart your device.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;Settings&amp;gt;General Management&amp;gt;Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To resolve "charging" issue kindly follow the given below steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1)Check charger functionality:-Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.&lt;BR /&gt;2)Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc:-Turn off unused functions like Wi-fi, GPS, Bluetooth &amp;amp; Location settings when not using them.&lt;BR /&gt;Steps are:-Swipe down the notification panel&amp;gt;Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.&lt;BR /&gt;3)Close background running apps-When running multiple applications, the processor processes more tasks and as a result, additional heat is released from the device.&lt;BR /&gt;4)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Feedback &amp;gt; Error report/ask question).&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>i have use my charger on galaxy a50 its working fine and also use a50's charger to my phone but its slowly charging my device when i put my on flight mode or switch off the device its get around 4 hrs to full charge which is happening since the march security update before that update it is working very fine</description>
