j6 problem with bluetooth

I am using this device since 2 years and I suddenly encountered a problem with bluetooth connectivity.

my device was not able to control volume while connected to home theater this problem occured after pie update.I would like to request Samsung authorities to solve this problem with Samsung galaxy j6.

Greetings from Samsung Customer support!

Be assur below given steps will help you out in bluetooth connectivity:-
1) Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.
2) Connect device with another devices.
3) Clear paired list > Settings > Tap on Connection and turn on Bluetooth.,Tap on Setting option along with the paired device > Unpaired).
4) Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data> Menu (Three dots)> Show system apps> Bluetooth Storage> Clear cache > Clear data.

After following the above steps, If issue still persist please do send the log file, so that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
