&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Restart both devices and then check&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Try to pair the level u to a different device&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Reset Network Settings(Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Check the availability of software update in your device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; If issue is still not resolved then create data backup and reset the device&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
