Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

> Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

> If still issue not resolved, take the backup and factory reset the device.

> If still you are facing any issue, please register your concern in Samsung members app (click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
