Battery Issue S10e

#1. I am using S10e and Battery is draining drastically while Camera is in use. After last upadte of 1 Feb 20, Camera App has slowed down.

(How to reproduce : After battery is 15%, start camera then click a picture and close camera app, and wait for 5 minutes battery will go to 3-4% in no time.)

#2. Post putting phone in Maximum Power Saving Mode, it uses more battery than normal power saving. In 6 hours Maximum power saving used 30% battery.

Please resolve the issues.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For battery drainage issue follow the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences > reset.

2- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > Camera app > storage > clear cache.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).
