Edge lighting not working after One UI 2.0 update

Hi there. I am using A50s. Edge lighting was working in my device. But since I updated to One UI 2.0, it's not working. When I select the animation effect it doesn't show me the preview and also don't work.

Can you help me please?

Did you checked permissions in app manager? also notification enabled??

try edge lighting plus app also?

Hi there,

Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

>Perform the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).

> Once kindly disable the Edge lightning and again disable the same (Settings>>Display>>Edge screen>>Edge lightning>>Enable it)

>Run the device in safe mode and check the issue

> Check the availability of software update
