technical problem with aeroplane mode

Hi Admin

I am using note 10 with latest software release on 1-02-2020, facing issue with aeroplane mode tab, while using the tab its responding very late its taking minimum 30 seconds to respond.

Its with every device. It takes a little time to disconnect from all networks.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.

2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

3- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
