It doesn't remove. And preparing for setup doesn't complete. After connecting to wifi. How to fix it?

Bro, go to settings>select applicstions>click at 3 dots(available at the top right corner)>select show system apps>now scroll down to android setup>select storage>clear cache>Also disable it>block all notifications

Also, clear Google play store and play services cache

just give a try(I am not sure)

I have exact same screen but don't want to hook to wifi till I review what updates it has available. How can I do that(view the updates)
