Problem in connecting pendrive

I have purchased Samsung M30s. Initially I can connect pendrive through adapter to my phone .Also I can read all data stored in my pendrive on phone via Samsung my files spplication . But since some days it is not showing pendrive connected.

What to do pls.guide. I have checked my adapter and pendrive on another Samsung phones it is working properly. Also changed pendrive to connect my phone. But not succeeded.pls.guide.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Use Samsung original OTG cable or try using different OTG with your device.

2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive checks > charger/USB).

3- Check the device performance in safe mode.

4- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
