S10PLUS February update.

Here we go with the Feb's buggy update is damaging my device totally... my phone is heating most of time. While charging I'm used my device or not its going to same in terms of heating problem. After then the device is lacking most of time doesn't work smoothly or properly when I bought the phone at that time its working superbly but after update of android 10 its getting worse and worse and worse

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

For heating issue follow the given link: http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1119803

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

I'm already done with all stuff, but there's nothing changed a bit🙄
