One UI2 Android 10 for On8 in July.

But On8 2016 is running on Android 7, when will this model get next update i.e. Android 8?

Same to you. First read what i write. its about 2016 model. 2018 will update 10 in july. First learn some manner of talking.

on8 2016 will not get Oreo update and also no major os upgrade would be provided it will get only security patches 'when needed'
whereas j7 2016 got Oreo update
j5 prime also got Oreo update
j7 2016 released before on8 2016 but it has better processor where's on8 2016 has more ram than j7 2016
but the processor of j5 prime and on8 2016 is same but there is only one month difference between the launch of both devices!
ON8 2016 USERS ARE CHEATED BY SAMSUNG !!!
