&lt;P&gt;To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hanging Issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Free some internal memory (If occupied more than 80%) (Settings &amp;gt; Device Care or Device Maintenance &amp;gt; Storage)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Phone app issue:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Open Setting &amp;gt; General management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset setting &amp;gt; Reset setting&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Open Phone app &amp;gt; tap on three dots &amp;gt; setting &amp;gt; about Phone &amp;gt; update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;Go to Setting &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Phone app &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear cache&amp;gt; Force Stop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For rest of the above mentioned issues, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app&amp;gt;click on “+“icon&amp;gt;send feedback&amp;gt;Error report/ Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
