Notification malfunction

Is it me or does it happens with others too?

when listning to music using headphones/handsfree and when notification rings then music which should be playing only in earphone and notification which shold come in both headphone and speaker misbehaves and music which we are listning starts playing on loudspeaker too...it is embarrasing for me and makes me want to change my phone which has proper software which don't cause such basic faults
