Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to ensure the smart view connectivity:

1. Drag down the notification panel of your mobile device and enable the Smart view option.
2. Ensure that the device and TV should be nearby while connecting.
3. Select the desired device (TV Model number will appear).
4. The notification bar will appear on the TV screen and select Allow to give permission to connect your device.
5. The phone is connected to the TV. Now you can share the mobile content with TV.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
