Can anyone tell me how can we get flagship like features (eg. Features of galaxy note 10 plus) on budget smartphones of Samsung?

You can't. However, you can always buy one though if you can afford.

well. I was talking through the third party apps. some apps which are only available for the premium section of Samsung like good lock. but thanks to comment

I'm not sure which features from the third party apps are enable in the premium phones, like you mentioned. Care to elaborate more on that? However, you can't get Whatsapp fingerprint lock if there is no fingerprint sensor in that particular budget phone model.

I am taking about the premium features like switching between the different camera lens while recording, some gestures like notification toggle like galaxy a50s, support of Apps like theme park, etc

bro theme park and good lock working in only android 9
and if u have android 10 they can't work for u

if u have
than uninstall first
and reinstall

because i have both
and both are working perfectly
