may be the adopter problem or your mobile charging board issue

it happens when you charged your mobile with high watts charger beyond its limit. be soon it may not get charge because the circuits and diodes inside the charging board was getting weak

the phones all right , charger and cable are all right even then phone isnt detecting the adapter when putting to charge
