As far as i notice once UI beta testing started it take around 3 - 4 beta updates with 10-15 days gaps. So, If we consider S23 series which joined beta testing 2 days back, S23 could get stable UI 9 by Oct end. Or road map of Stable update may get release by Samsung. However timeline for all devices will not be same , so by year end mostly every phone eligible for UI 9 may have stable UI 9.
