How to automate usb debugging on/off through bixby routines or any other way in the background.

Backstory :
Recently ran into a problem. My phone fell in water and was sent to repair. Some days fter i got it repaired back its screen stopped responding while the side buttons worked well. I can open bixby or any app with side button.
If i keep usb debugging on banking apps won't work and if i keep it off , and the problem happened again , it would be horrible. I shuould at least operate it with computer.
