Why cant we get these option from samsung itself , why we have to rely on external apps for using live notifications and now bar feature for other apps too .

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

● The Now bar displays information under specific conditions related to "Sports from Google": it shows information when registered sports teams are playing a game.

● To ensure the Now bar functions correctly, please check the following:

● Verify that Live notifications for "Sports from Google" are enabled. You can do this by going to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Now bar > 'Sports from Google' option and making sure it's turned on.

● Confirm that you are following the correct teams and leagues. Go to Settings > Lock screen and AOD > Now bar > 'Sports from Google' > Sports from Google settings to manage your followed teams and leagues. Make sure the teams you want to see updates for are selected.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
