Does RAM Plus actually help or just drain your battery? 🧐📱

Hey guys! 👋
So, almost every phone nowadays has this feature called RAM Plus (or Virtual RAM) in the settings, which uses a bit of your phone's internal storage to expand the RAM.
A lot of people think turning this on will instantly make their phone super fast or make gaming smooth as butter. But honestly, there's a big debate about this.
The catch is that virtual RAM can never be as fast as your phone's actual physical RAM. In fact, keeping it on sometimes runs too many background processes, which can actually drain your battery faster or even cause micro-lags.
I wanted to know what you guys think:
Do you keep RAM Plus turned ON or OFF on your device?
Have you noticed any real speed boost, or is it just killing your battery?
Don't you think the default 4GB or 6GB of physical RAM is more than enough for daily use?

I keep my Ram Plus on and at half of my actual Ram which is 8 Gb. I do notice significant stability when Ram Plus is off, the phone runs a bit faster in my opinion. Ram Plus do cause minor stutters while switching between different apps. I personally feel that. But android swap 2 to 3 gigs even if Ram Plus is off so I am using it atleast I have control there on how much swap should be made. I've set it to 4 gigs. Which runs fine in day to day usage in my opinion.
