Anyone having the problem of apps crashing after Android 10 update on M30..? Is there any way to fix it...?

format your phone after back up your media safely and it should work perfectly fine

Hi there,

Please follow below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

1. Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app).

2. Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now).

3. Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

4. Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

still facing problem
