&lt;P&gt;1- Settings &amp;gt; general management &amp;gt; reset &amp;gt; reset settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app &amp;gt; click on “+“icon &amp;gt; send feedback &amp;gt; Error report/Ask Questions).&lt;/P&gt;
