&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As per your concern, we want to inform you that while using 5g networks due to higher power consumption causes the mobile phone to heat, and if the phone is connected to multiple networks at the same time, the battery may drain faster, and the phone heats more than usual.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● If you are facing more heating as compared to normal, kindly perform the following steps&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Decrease the screen brightness.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Close background running apps.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Update software: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Checking for software update &amp;gt; Software update available &amp;gt; Tap on Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Tap on Install now.&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:&lt;BR /&gt;IMPORTANT: &lt;BR /&gt;• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.&lt;BR /&gt;• For this:&lt;BR /&gt;• Open Gmail (&lt;A href="https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin&lt;/A&gt;) &amp;gt; forgot password &amp;gt;Select ""try another way"" &amp;gt; Next &amp;gt; Enter a new password &amp;gt; Next.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● Please follow the below steps to reset the device:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup &amp;gt; tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;● If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center.       <description>नमस्ते! A54 में डिस्प्ले की तरफ से हीटिंग और 5G का 4G पर जाना एक Thermal Management फीचर है। इसे सुधारने के लिए नीचे दिए गए स्टेप्स फॉलो करें:&lt;BR /&gt;1. "5G Auto" की जगह "5G Preferred" चेक करें:&lt;BR /&gt;अगर आपके इलाके में 5G सिग्नल कमजोर है, तो फोन उसे पकड़ने के लिए बहुत ज्यादा जोर लगाता है और गर्म हो जाता है।&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Network mode.&lt;BR /&gt;इसे एक बार LTE/3G/2G पर करके वापस 5G/LTE पर सेट करें।&lt;BR /&gt;2. Always On Display (AOD) को कम करें:&lt;BR /&gt;चूंकि आपका फोन डिस्प्ले की तरफ से गर्म हो रहा है, AOD को "Tap to show" पर रखें।&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Lock screen &amp;gt; Always On Display &amp;gt; Tap to show.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Disable "RAM Plus":&lt;BR /&gt;RAM Plus फीचर फोन के प्रोसेसर पर एक्स्ट्रा लोड डालता है जिससे हीटिंग बढ़ती है।&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Battery and Device Care &amp;gt; Memory &amp;gt; RAM Plus &amp;gt; Turn it OFF. इसके बाद फोन को Restart करें।&lt;BR /&gt;4. Background App Limits:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Battery &amp;gt; Background usage limits &amp;gt; Enable "Put unused apps to sleep". इससे बैकग्राउंड में चल रही फालतू एप्स प्रोसेसर को गर्म नहीं करेंगी।&lt;BR /&gt;5. Thermal Guardian (Good Guardians App):&lt;BR /&gt;अगर आप कर सकें, तो Galaxy Store से Samsung Good Guardians डाउनलोड करें और उसमें Thermal Guardian मॉड्यूल चलाएं। यह आपको बताएगा कि कौन सी ऐप फोन को गर्म कर रही है और आप हीटिंग लिमिट को 2 डिग्री कम भी कर सकते हैं।&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":warning:"&gt;⚠️&lt;/span&gt; Note:&lt;BR /&gt;अगर इन सुझावों से आपके फोन की हीटिंग कम हुई है और 5G स्टेबल चलने लगा है, तो कृपया ऊपर दिए गए तीन डॉट्स (⋮) पर क्लिक करें और "Accept as Solution" चुनें! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":blue_heart:"&gt;💙&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rocket:"&gt;🚀&lt;/span&gt;</description>

      <description>Please reset all settings in general management settings also flight &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":airplane:"&gt;✈️&lt;/span&gt; mode on and off one time also optimize your's device in device care also clear cache of all apps manually also update your's all apps too also use your's device in cool atmosphere then try to it's again. By the way it's hot season. So please don't bothered about this issue. It's normal and common. If you like please accept it's as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.</description>
