I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my appreciation for the Samsung Members app, which I believe is an excellent platform for users to engage, share, and seek help regarding Samsung products. The active community is invaluable, and it showcases the passion and dedication of Samsung users.

However, I would like to bring to your attention an observation regarding the content within the community. While there are many valuable posts seeking genuine help and support, the increasing volume of posts in the "Galaxy Gallery" section has made it challenging for users to find essential help-related queries.

To improve the user experience and ensure that help-seeking posts are not buried under numerous gallery submissions, I kindly request that you consider adding an additional tab specifically for "Galaxy Gallery" pictures. This would allow users to easily access and share their photography without overshadowing the more urgent assistance requests from the community.

I believe that implementing this feature would enhance the usability of the app and foster a more organized environment for all users.

Samsung has already fixed this.
If you click on the 3 dots, you can toggle Gallaxy Gallery. If you turn it off, the gallaxy gallery posts will not show in the community. For specific help, you can also search for a certain topic to get the desired results.
