That's clearly a Chinese variant and this is not new the Chinese variant have app lock since 2023 oneui 6,while Indian and global variants have secure folder. Samsung be like chose one: Either app lock or secure folder.
But if they bring it to oneui 8.5 that'll be a deal breaker for rest of the world. But I don't think this is confirmed yet.

If that picture is from oneui 8.5 beta global variants or Indian variants then it shouldn't have wechat on it. So that's likely misleading.
