&lt;P&gt;Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Select Device Maintenance/Device Care &amp;gt; Optimize &amp;gt; Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Check device network fluctuation. Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Display &amp;gt; Screen timeout &amp;gt; Select the minimum screen timeout.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;7. Close background running apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;8. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.&lt;BR /&gt;Open notification panel &amp;gt; Turn off auto sync option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9. Update software: Go to Settings &amp;gt; Software update &amp;gt; Download and install &amp;gt; Check for software update &amp;gt; If Software update available &amp;gt; Download &amp;gt; Downloading updates &amp;gt; Install now&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;10. Reset the device:&lt;BR /&gt;IMPORTANT: &lt;BR /&gt;• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or &lt;A href="http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch&lt;/A&gt; pc suite.&lt;BR /&gt;• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.&lt;BR /&gt;• If you do not remember it, then reset (Forgot password) your google account.&lt;BR /&gt;• For this:&lt;BR /&gt;• Open Gmail (&lt;A href="https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin&lt;/A&gt;) &amp;gt; forgot password &amp;gt;Select ""try another way"" &amp;gt; Next &amp;gt; Enter a new password &amp;gt; Next&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please follow the below steps to reset the device:&lt;BR /&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General Management &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup &amp;gt; tab on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center.       <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I've Been Noticing That Whenever I Charge Phone which Is At 85% Maximum Battery Protection As Soon As The Charging Is Complete And I have Disconnected The Charger After A Shot While Or After 2-3 minutes 1% battery Is Droped Everytime With/Without Any Use .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Having Said That A Drop Of Around 8% I have also Noticed While The Phone Is Kept At Night Without Any Use While I'm Sleeping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Whole Thing Is Going On One UI 7.0 with Latest Security Patch As Well .&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>That 85 to 84 thing is happening in my s24 ultra as well, but after one ui 8 the overnight idle battery drain has reduced a lot.</description>

      <description>My Drop is around 5-6 % with 5G ON . With AOD. Without 5g on it might drop to 3-4% will try tonite n le u know.</description>
