I was just going through the specs of new samsung a17. There are many things new to the series such as an OIS camera, a cool new design but the best part was the inbox items. Yes! It has a travel adapter inside the box! Which is a great new moove by samsung. They understood that its necessary in budget market.

Though phone has some bad things also. It is priced around 20k.18,999 to be exact and still it misses few things such as in display fingerprint scanner and it still has that ugly water drop notch but still that was pretty much expected form the series.

But samsung can't play lile this in budget for long. It's not a small brand it could easily provide budget phones in display fingerprint scanner and remove that ugly notch.

Doing this in 1 series they don't want to hurt sales of 3 and 5 series.

But still these will be some cosmetic changes. Cuz ig now more people have knowledge about tech and they value performance and good ui experience which 3 and 5 series provide as they have full ui instead of core one in 0, 1and 2 series

That's true but I've seen many people buy A series and flexes as S series. Samsung knows that too thats why most of their designs are same. So 0 & 1 series is made for offline buyers who don't know much about specs and neither care about looks. They just see the logo and buy for normal day to day task.
