Adaptive Brightness Problem.

even though the adaptive brightness is closed, the brightness decreases in note 10+.

Plz Solve This problem.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.

2- Adjust the brightness as per the requirement.

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).
