After visiting to Customer support how's your experience??
They helped to resolve the issue or not ??

They didn't receive Security Patch update or software update,
I don't know if they visited customer support or not, sorry

Hey buddy I have talked with them and have great news for you, they change their csc which was before changing csc then they got Security Patch update and software update too
