Important Information for Samsung Galaxy Users

* Especially for S series users!

Whenever you update your phone to please make sure to give some time to cool under normal conditions (don't use ac)

Also, record before you start the update and end after the video 5 minutes after the update has been completed. During these steps run a Diagnosis from Samsung members app before and after update to find any issues due to new software. Also, play a highest resolution video supported on your phone.

If you get green line issue after update or you camera hardware ges awry you will have video proof.

You may also Record the condition of phone to how no hardware damage or previous damage before updating the software. This would be a great evidence in future if you were unlucky to get issues after updating your phone.
