I have 2 chargers one is

"Ambrane 45w dual port gan charger"

second is Anker zolo 20w.

Which one is better for s24 ultra?

Use Original Samsung GaN charger that would be better for your device.

Buying a Samsung original 25W charger will be good for the battery; 25W takes a maximum of 65 minutes to charge.

The 45watt Ambrane charger would be better, but you should most likely stick to the Samsung originals for your phone as they are better optimized for Samsung phones
