Right, you got again a November Security Patch Level Update in December month for bugs fixed and latest security for your's device , by the way your's device is eligible for quarterly security patch level update. Are you on Beta? Looks like this was sent to everyone including beta users, whereas security update was only for non-beta users. I am on beta as well, and no update received like it says and I also got this message. So, ignore it if you are on beta.
